What is your refund/exchange policy?
We always wish to satisfy our customers, but in some cases we will stand strong on a no refund policy. This includes, but is not limited to, your items poofing when said item is marked unperm. You losing items due to being hacked, transfering with strangers, strength glitches, etc.
We will not exchange any items purchased on the site for the same item on another realm or any other item on the site. WE WILL NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER IF YOU ORDER FOR THE WRONG REALM OR CORE!!!!!! We take every precaution to make sure you are ordering on the correct realm, every item is clearly marked with the realm it is located on. You can also setup your "default realm" in your user settings page so if you accidently try to order something on the wrong realm you will be notifed before you checkout. All refund requests will be looked into, but almost all problems due to user error are not refunded. To request a refund send in a contact form with your order #. |
